We deliberately choose not to offer telephone support. Our goal is to offer our products and services to you at the lowest possible price and the highest possible quality. Therefore, we do not have an expensive call center. This is why we can pass on this savings directly to our customers. This gives you as a customer much more value for money!
In addition, email and chat has also proven to be a much more suitable medium for support. Because that gives us the opportunity to send images or give you a link to the manual. This is not possible through telephone contact. Because we can't see your display and don't see what you're doing, it's not possible to give good phone instructions in most cases. An additional advantage is that you as a customer also have the opportunity to respond with photos or links that show what you mean. That can clarify a lot for us so we can help you even better.
