Frequently asked questions
Do I need to sign up separately for the Bitdefender promotion?
No, you're automatically entered as soon as you buy and activate a valid Bitdefender licence.
Do I get more chances if I buy several Bitdefender products at once?
No. One order counts as one entry, no matter how many Bitdefender licences it contains. Place separate orders instead if you'd like more chances.
When will I know if I've won the AirPods 5?
Winners will be announced on 19 October and contacted personally by email, and by phone if needed. You'll then have a week to respond.
Do renewals of my Bitdefender licence count too?
Any Bitdefender order placed during the promotion period counts, as long as it isn't a Small Office Security licence.
Does a bundle that includes Bitdefender count too?
Yes. If one of the participating Bitdefender licences is part of a bundle, for example with Adobe, that bundle counts too.
