Return conditions

Returns are always possible as long as you do not retrieve the code and within 30 days of purchase.

2GO Software sells codes that can be used to activate products such as various types of software, gift cards and phone credit, for example. These codes are issued only once and are therefore strictly personal. Due to the strictly personal nature of a code, no legal right of withdrawal applies and you do not have a 14-day cooling-off period as you would with a "normal" Internet purchase.

A free trial version of most of the products we offer is available. You use this free trial to check whether the device meets the minimum system requirements. Do you have any doubts or questions? Then contact our Customer Service.We are available 7 days a week to help you.

How will this work?

When you click the "Request Code" button, you will break the seal and request the code that will activate the product. You confirm and agree to the following:

  1. I break the seal and thereby permanently take the product into use.
  2. I have tested and verified that my device meets the minimum system requirements of the product.
  3. I know that 2GO Software cannot verify that I have put the product into use or will put it into use in the future.
  4. I agree that my right of return is waived. I know that this product cannot be returned.

In all cases, Returning is not possible after you have requested the code.

In technical terms, you have broken the seal in accordance with BW 7 art. 46d paragraph 4c.
In accordance with Dutch and European law, the right of return is thus voided.

In addition, your right of return expires 30 days after ordering.

We guarantee that the code works! The code does not work? You will receive a new code from us!

How do I request a return?

Requesting a return cannot be done by e-mail, you can do this via My 2GO Software. You'll use our return form and can choose to exchange (with exception of gift cards and phone credit) or refund. We check the return request and in most cases approve it the same day. After the request is approved, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 10 business days (14 days). Please note that if you have paid with Paypal or credit card, we will always refund it that way. We never refund money to other bank accounts or through other payment methods.

Can I exchange my product for another brand/other version?

A return does not solve the problem. Because after you receive your money back from us, you still don't have security, backup software or a Microsoft / Adobe product. Therefore, prefer to choose an exchange. 2GO Software allows you to exchange a purchase to another brand or another version. You can do this all by yourself, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The exchange can be done once and will be processed immediately so you can immediately choose a replacement product. Requesting an exchange can be done via My 2GO Software.

Business returns

Business orders are not covered by the Distance Selling Act and therefore their return is not possible. Also, for many business purchases, we often offer a free trial period that you can use to test whether your system meets the minimum requirements. Also, you can use the trial version of the product to check if the installation presents possible technical problems on your system. Via service [at] 2gosoftware.co.uk you can request a trial version of the software. Your order is a final order with payment obligation. Return of business purchases is not possible. Business purchases are also excluded from the right to assistance with installation. 

The entrepreneur (2GO Software) reimburses all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to pick up the product himself, he may wait with repayment until he has received the product or until the consumer proves that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier. For reimbursement, the entrepreneur uses the same means of payment that the consumer has used, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge to the consumer.
