How to order your free installation service?

- Check that the total amount in the cart comes to 0 euro/pound.
- Complete your order.
- Open the scheduler from your 2GO Software account.
- Choose a convenient time in our calendar and we will install the software for you!
Keep to your appointment:
We are happy to reserve the necessary time, resources and knowledge to make sure you get the most out of your product. Our specialists are ready to install your software optimally so you can get started right away.
If the situation arises where you cannot keep your appointment at the scheduled time, we fully understand. We kindly ask you to notify us in time so that together we can schedule a new appointment that better suits your schedule and needs.
However, if an appointment is missed without notice and you are subsequently requested to schedule a new appointment, we are obliged to charge the applicable installation service price (34.95 euros/pounds) for this.
Terms and conditions of the free installation service
Maximum 1 installation service per customer:
Maximum 1 free installation service per customer/account per year.
Valid for 1 device:
The free installation service is valid for 1 PC, laptop or Mac. Mobile devices and Android or iOS operating systems are excluded.
For consumers only:
The free installation service is valid for consumers only, not for business purposes.
Availability:
You can schedule the installation service based on our availability. There is no guarantee that we will always be available on your preferred day and time.
Excluded product groups:
The free installation service does not apply to the following product groups:
- Business Microsoft software
- Business security software
- Operating systems
- Gift vouchers
- Call credit
Additional services not included:
The services below are not included:
- Configuring the software according to personal needs.
- Virus removal.
- Removal of other types of programmes unrelated to the purchased product.
- Configuration of other computer-related items such as printer, scanners, et cetera.
