Terms and Conditions – Black Friday Norton Prize Draw 2025

These terms and conditions apply to the Black Friday Norton prize draw (“Promotion”) organised by 2GO Software BV, located at Twentepoort Oost 3a, 7609 RG Almelo, the Netherlands (“Organiser”). By participating in this Promotion, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Purchase a Norton product between 28 November and 1 December 2025 and get a chance to win an iPhone 17 (worth €1,299)!

1. Promotion Period

1.1 The prize draw runs from 28 November 2025 to 1 December 2025.

2. Participation

2.1 Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older residing in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or the United Kingdom.
2.2 Employees of Licentie2GO / 2GO Software BV, its partners, and their family members and friends are excluded from participation.
2.3 Participation is only valid if the participant has purchased a Norton product during the promotion period and has provided a valid email address.

3. Prize

3.1 The prize consists of an iPhone 17 with a retail value of €1,299.
3.2 The prize is personal and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.
3.3 Any additional costs (e.g. mobile subscription, insurance or accessories) are not included in the prize.
3.4 The prize will be shipped free of charge to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or the United Kingdom. Shipping outside these countries is not possible.

4. Winner

4.1 The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
4.2 The purchased product must be collected and activated in order to be eligible for the prize.
4.3 The draw will take place on 3 December 2025.
4.4 The winner will be notified personally via the email address provided with the order. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Organiser reserves the right to select a new winner.

5. Data Protection

5.1 The email addresses provided by participants will be used to send information, offers and newsletters from 2GO Software BV.
5.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR). Please refer to https://licentie2go.com/protection-personal-information for more information.
5.3 Participants can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in the emails.

6. Liability and Reservation

6.1 The Organiser is not liable for printing, typographical or layout errors, or for technical malfunctions that prevent participation.
6.2 The Organiser reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time should circumstances require.
6.3 No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
6.4 The handling of the warranty related to the issued prize will be carried out exclusively through a third party designated by 2GO Software BV. 2GO Software BV reserves the right to decide at any time which party will be responsible for executing and managing the warranty.

8. Applicable Law

8.1 This Promotion is governed by Dutch law.
8.2 Any disputes arising from this Promotion will be submitted to the competent court in Almelo, the Netherlands.
