Still early days using Microsoft 365 under an annual licence arrangement, instead of purchasing the product outright, so may be a while before I know how worthwhile it is. I have found some elements confusing when it comes to downloading, installing and activating different elements - it isn't always clear that a whole programme has been installed and it is only when going to use it that I realise more is needed. Would have preferred a clear option to install and activate everything. |

There is not a problem with the product. My problems were all around the actual purchasing process and the need to find answers. Particularly with regard to my bank blocking my payment, and what I could do to resolve this problem. The FAQ section did not help at all, and I got some quite worrying emails about the purchase. When I eventually found a way to contact a human being in customer service, the problems were quickly explained and sorted out |

The MS Office programs bare fantastic. They are smooth and creative and although there are free products out there, there is something reassuring about owning what is considered to be the real thing. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that I have a Mac and because of that, nearly half of the programs don't work. Not because they can't but because Microsoft want you to use a Windows PC. |
