What stood out when we used Copilot Business

What struck us right away: it just works. Once we had assigned both licences in the tenant, we could start straight away, no hassle. The best moment was when Copilot found and combined information from our own Microsoft 365 files, so we no longer had to search endlessly. That genuinely saves time on the repetitive work. And a nice touch: it handles English naturally.

To be fair: you get out what you put in. The clearer your instruction, the better the result, and getting used to asking the right questions is part of it. With complex documents or very specific business processes, Copilot sometimes missed context, so you stay involved to check. For us that is not a downside but a plus: Copilot takes on the heavy lifting, you keep control.
