What we noticed: installation ran without a hitch and the download is easy to find in your Adobe account. The app starts up cleanly. Since we hadn't used Photoshop Elements before, we spent a little time at first finding our way around the buttons and figuring out what each feature did. As soon as you ask AI Assistant something, though, you get a clear answer straight away, which quickly gets you back on track.

We tested the Remove tool on a photo of our own desk, aiming to erase the mugs on the table. The result was convincing straight away:
